"Don't Wait for Your Wings"
 
I named this painting "Don't Wait for Your Wings" as a testament to perseverance and overcoming obstacles life can present to each and every one of us.
I myself have been given many seemingly impossible obstacles to my goals, but I didn't wait for my wings to arrive....I leapt anyway! I took the risk.
Despite a few falls along way...each and every time I decided to get back up and try again.
I earned these wings. Maybe you've earned yours too?

Mixed media, heavy texture with individual hand-painted butterflies that allow for a beautiful 3D effect as the butterflies appear to have gently landed on the canvas.
 
Hand-painted butterflies are gilded in gold and made of mixed materials including feathers for a more realistic effect.
 
Framed in gold, metal floating frames with hardware and hanging wire pre-mounted for easy one-step picture hanging.
