How Does it work?

for your room.

My fee’s are “per room” unless you receive a custom bid.

Each package includes set hours of “design time”. Design time includes sourcing furnishings, rugs, art, wallpaper and decorative objects for your space.

I will work within YOUR BUDGET

(big or small) to create a customized design for your room with links to furnishings and suggested decor. It is completely OPTIONAL to purchase suggested items. ☺️

What Rooms Can I Design?

Almost any space--

living room, children's rooms, dining room, mudroom, bedrooms, pantry, hallways, foyers etc…

Kitchens and bathrooms.

ALL PACKAGES ARE PER ROOM

Package A “The Facelift” $295

This package includes up to 8 hours of design time.
(Valid for 30 days after initial consultation)

Initial Video Consultation:
Facetime or Zoom call (approximately 30 to 45 minutes) to discuss room design goals.

We will discuss your design style, color scheme preferences, existing furniture that must stay and which furnishings or features of the room you would like to change. We set a goal!

Next, I will create with a comprehensive plan for your space.

You’ll receive a. custom vision board for the room
including links to furniture, art and accessories to complete the space. (You have no obligation to purchase any of my recommendations.

This package includes up to 8 hours of design time.
“Design time” refers to the time it takes me come up with a vision for your space, to source all necessary products, the hours of communication with the client via phone, text or video chat and the custom vision board I create for you.

*For all my clients, I recommend we share a photo album via apple photo stream so we can both add images and make comments. This is a part of the “design time” hours to which I am referring.

Should you find that after 10 hours of my design services that you need just a little more help, you can opt to upgrade to the next package (and pay the difference).

Package B $499 “The Upgrade”

This package includes up to 20 Hours of “Design Time”

Initial Video Consultation: Facetime or Zoom call (1+- hour) evaluating the room that you want me to design. (If local, I will come to your home in place of video chat)
We will discuss which furnishings must stay (a beloved family heirloom antique for example). Which furnishings or features of the room you dislike.
Your design style, color scheme preferences
Then-- I will come up with a comprehensive plan for your space.
20 Hours Design Time
“Design time” refers to the time it takes me come up with a vision for your space, to source all necessary products, the hours of communication with the client via phone, text or video chat and the custom vision board I create for you.

2 Additional Video Call Check-Ins (up to 3) Before, During and After. (If local, these are in-home visits)
You’ll receive TWO custom vision boards for the room, including links to furniture art and accessories to complete the space (no obligation to buy)

Customization:

This package also includes more customization than Package A. If you love antiques and want me to help curate that look by searching online estate sales and auctions, this is part of that service. This takes time to find special pieces and wait for these sales, which is part of the “design time” in this package.

This package can also include a customized plan for making your room more functional. These types of projects MAY need a contractor, plumber, electrician, but not always!

For example, with my last client I suggested removing a small closet and using that corner space to build a breakfast nook for the family. (FAR more functional than an unused closet.)

Package C “The Works"

Pricing: Will receive custom bid from me based on scope of project.

BIG jobs for home furnishings
Multiple rooms or whole home decorating
You require a lot of custom work--custom draperies, antique sourcing, high-end custom sofa, etc...

If you need me to help you with a bigger project, such as your whole home needs furnishings top to bottom and you don’t own many decorative objects to work with---the more time it will take for me to find all the accessories, furniture, rugs etc. This is a custom job that I would give you a bid on.

Please reach out to me and send me a photo of your room (s) with a description of what your goals are for the room and I will get back to you with a quote. I will give you the absolute best price I can for the amount of work required.
